Visits are by appointment. Please message us first so the right specialist is available.

What to include in your first message

A short, specific first message gets a useful answer faster. Please include:

  1. Who you are: organisation and your role.
  2. Where: province or country, and coordinates or a boundary file if you have one (shapefile, KML or GeoJSON).
  3. What: land type and approximate area, or for supply chains, the commodity and number of suppliers.
  4. The decision you face: for example, “Is this land eligible for ARR?”, “Is this project safe to buy from?” or “What does our EU buyer need for the EUDR?”
  5. Timing: any deadline, such as a buyer request, board meeting, audit date or the EUDR application date.
  6. What already exists: studies, data, documents or audits done so far.

You do not need all of this to start. If you only have a question, ask it.

What happens next

We reply with clarifying questions or a short note on how we would approach it. If it fits, we suggest a scoping call and then send a written scope with deliverables and timeline. Many questions can be answered directly, in which case we will just answer.
